This delicate wine displays fullness and a soft finish. Asian lychee, along with light melon and citrus notes are found on the palate.
The Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot were fermented in separate lots. A portion of the Petit Verdot aged in a large format 500L neutral French Oak barrel, while we introduced new French Oak to the Cabernet Franc and another lot of Petit Verdot. The Merlot aged in a neutral 114L barrel. The final blend was put together on 12/23/14 and the wine was bottled in July of 2015.
