Wine Connoisseur’s Club
Terms of Agreement
By signing the Jefferson Vineyard’s Wine Connoisseur’s Club sign-up form, you are agreeing to the following:
- There is no fee to sign up for the Jefferson Vineyard’s Wine Connoisseur’s Club, but members are agreeing to allow Jefferson Vineyards to charge the credit card given on the sign up sheet quarterly. Credit card information will be stored in our encrypted files.
- A signature is required upon sign-up. Sign-up forms with a signature will be accepted via fax.
- For Basic Members, shipments will cost $55-$75 each quarter + tax and shipping. Members will receive quarterly shipments of 3 bottles. Benefits will include 15% off of all purchases, free tastings for members + 1 guest, and our quarterly newsletter.
- For Double-Up Members, shipments will cost $110-$150 each quarter + tax and shipping. Members will receive quarterly shipments of 6 bottles. Benefits will include 15% off of all purchases, free tastings for members + 1 guest, our quarterly newsletter, and 15% off of Jefferson Vineyards event tickets.
- Standard shipping fees for applicable states (certain states may not allow wine shipments) and state taxes apply.
- There is a pick-up option available for any local wine club members. Wines will be available in the tasting room the day after we have emailed an alert that your credit card has been charged.
- Wine will be shipped the first week of December, March, June, and September.
- Each shipment will include a variety of wines that are available in the Jefferson Vineyards Tasting Room. In addition, some shipments will include Reserve wines or older vintages of Meritage which are not available in the Tasting Room. Shipments will also consist of a variety of white and red wines.
- There is no fee for cancellation, but the wine club member is required to send a written cancellation request (either by mail or email) at least 10 business days before the wine shipment. Gift memberships will be cancelled after one year of membership.
- Members who are receiving shipped wine will receive an email 5 business days before the member’s credit card is charged. UPS will also send tracking numbers for each shipment via email.
- All shipments must be signed for upon delivery by someone over the age of 21.
